Refund Policy

If you’re looking for a refund on your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase for any memberships minus any fees we have to pay to third parties to process the transaction/refund.

If you are wanting a refund on an event or training that you have booked, we offer refunds up to 7 days prior to the event or training, minus any fees we have to pay to third parties to process the transaction/refund.  Any exceptions to the 7 days would be at the discretion of Ngā Pou Mana Tangata Whenua Allied Health.

To process a refund please follow the steps below:

    1. Email admin@ngapoumana.org.nz or fill out the online contact us form on our website www.ngapoumana.org.nz and let us know you would like a refund.
    2. Please let us know your full name, email, phone number and what service you would like a refund on.

How long it takes to receive your refund?

Once we receive your request, it can take 3-5 working days to process your refund.
